1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Friends67, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Friends67 is a digital well-being and social accountability platform. It allows users to limit app usage, request extra time from friends (partners) upon approval, and send nudges to reinforce healthy screen time habits.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Friends67 allows users to share content with other users, including photos and messages. For this reason, the following age requirements apply:

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, if higher) to create an account or use Friends67. The service is not directed at, and may not be used by, children under 13.
• If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use Friends67 with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If we become aware that an account belongs to a user below the minimum age, we will terminate the account and delete its associated data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using Friends67 in violation of these requirements, please contact us at support@friends67.com.

4. User Accounts

• You must register using one of our supported sign-in methods: Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or an email address verified with a one-time code.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Friends67 only for lawful and intended purposes. It is prohibited to:

• Submit proof images or messages with inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform.
• Attempt to maliciously bypass local screen time restrictions or exploit bugs in the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

Friends67 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, undue local app blocks, or any consequences arising from the use of the app. Blocking functionalities depend on the local operating system and may vary.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
